Richard Pigott

Richard brings a wealth of international experience to Accreate having worked the majority of his professional career between Europe and Asia Pacific. Prior to joining Accreate as a Practice Leader in 2011, he spent five years in Tokyo managing senior level assignments in the APAC region for a global multi-national client base for one of our Group companies.

In his earlier career in executive search, he worked in London specialising in Infrastructure assignments where he delivered research and competitor intelligence for many of the City of London’s Tier 1 financial institutions; in particular, he focused on risk management and finance functions of these organisations.

Having grown up in Castlebar, Co. Mayo, Richard went on to complete a BSc in Applied Psychology from University of Ulster and a Masters in Occupational Psychology from University of Sheffield. He is an accredited psychometric assessment practitioner.  He has a strong network among the Asian ex-pat Irish community and was a member of the Ireland-Japan Chamber of Commerce for a number of years.
